A Very Healthy Yummy Almond Milkshake

Looking for an extremely healthy milkshake option, if so you have definitely come to the right place. This milkshake is jam packed full of healthy goodness that anyone can enjoy. Plus it is good for the whole body, helps with weight loss, improves the skin and improves the digestion. I call it the very healthy yummy almond milkshake. All that is involved in the making of this milkshake is the ingredients below and good blender and a few minutes of your time. This is also a recommended starter for anyone’s day as well.

Ingredients :

  • 1  Banana – Helps to thicken the milkshake up and is jam packed full of goodness.
  • 1 Good size glass of Almond Milk – Great source of protein and helps in losing weight.
  • 1 pinch of Cinnamon – Good for balancing sugar levels.
  • 1 tablespoon of Oats – Oats really are a super food and should always be a part of everyone’s day, in a milkshake it makes it very easy.
  • 1 teaspoon of Chia Seeds or Pysillium Husks – Packed full of fiber. Great for digestion.

  • 1 tablespoon of natural yogurt – This is a very yummy ingredient in a healthy milkshake like this, packed full of probiotics which are good for the whole body and the digestion.
  • Three cubes of Ice

As an alternative you can also add a small amount of muesli and a teaspoon of coconut oil for taste. Each one is an option and gives a different kind of yummy taste.
